Being Humane!

At dawn, I opened my eyes
Life a misery, I reflected on
Poverty and hunger,
my eyes opened to
What kind of world I seeped into!

Why are young girls, teary eyes
Smiled back, while touching the feet
Embarrassment of being, a mean human it was!
Did they shared the happiness of having traveled long,
or was the hunger a call!

Is it so sad to be human,
While one is crying, the other smiling?
Isn't their way out that Humans as we are
Share what can be, the two sides of life
Happiness and Sadness: equally!

A part, as a part of all of US!
No Rich, No Poor!
One Genes, a Call to ALL:
Let's remain HUMANE!
TO DO GOOD AND LIVE EQUALLY
AS WE ALWAYS WERE...
