Friends Forever!!!

Long years and a long gap of having not met our friend,
Speculation and excitement ran high in us,
and, when we meet....
Warmth of Friendship and Love spreads around US….
Time almost as if has stopped,
When we laughed out loud, at our own silly jokes.
Felt zinged, catching up with each other,
While, making a visit down our memory lane!

While, Amu’s sensitivity and Love oozed sweetness around us!
Felt absolutely awe-struck by Srivalli’s elephantine memory of having remembered all her school friends,
And, as if that’s not enough, she leaves me speechless with her reminding me,
Of having read a Hindi poem in just one breath…
Though time flies, and leaves us with Good Memories,
With friends so sweet and loving,
one feels nothing less than one entity!!!
