When your students improve in front of your eyes
a tear or two escapes the eye!
Students little by little they climb
and, the teacher looks on adoringly,
Looks into their eye and say, “Don’t stop! My Child!”

When the time to test comes
it’s one of the difficult times, for one who loves!
Duty says, “Be Real! Be Truthful!”
If you want knowledge, to be their trove!

Success for them, succeed they should…
This is all she wished for her children.
And, did it stop there… No, it didn’t!
She shouted, she screamed, was called partial and mean!
“Excel! Excel! My Children!
As you stay disciplined!”
And, when they closed their eyes
they found her adorable, Loving and Kind…
Maybe she is not, what she is
or, she is unaware of what she is!
One thing she was clear in her head, heart and soul though
blessed are, and blessed will be
for that’s how the soul echoed!
